Pacific Salmon, (WILD)

Salmon is the common name of several species of rayfinned fish in the family Salmonidae. They are anadromous species, they hatch in fresh water and migrate and spend their life in Pacific Ocean. They return to fresh water to spawn. We carry all five species of wild Pacific Salmon – available as fresh or frozen steaks, fillets, or portions. Depending on your preferences, salmon can be cut into portions and sizing per customer specifications.

Harvesting and Freezing Method

Different species of salmon are caught by using Gillnet, Purse Seine, and Troll method. To maintain the quality of meat, we use a freezing method such as Blast (IQF) and Frozen at Sea (FAS).

Wild salmon — No other choice!

We catch our wild pacific salmon in the cold waters off the Pacific Coast of Canada and the United States. Our Alaskan and Pacific Northwest salmon is renowned across the world for having a clean, natural and flavorful taste. Unlike farmed salmon, wild caught Pacific salmon has a natural red color and is known for being the best in size, appearance, texture, nutritional properties and flavor. Because of these qualities, wild Pacific Salmon is a highly valued premium seafood product.
