Keta Salmon, also known as dog salmon because of its sharp dog-like teeth, is one of the largest specie of salmon. It has a more delicate taste yet still comparable in nutrients it caters. They have a greenish-blue metallic color on their back, silvery on the sides, and black speckles while in the ocean. Its distinct gill raker differentiates from other species.
