Superb seafood to market
All of our products are rigorously graded and tracked through the whole process, from buying and freezing to packing and shipping, guaranteeing customers the finest product. Our staff pride themselves on the quality product they are producing, thus delivering superb seafood to our markets.
Sustainable fisheries
Everything starts with a healthy and sustainable fish habitat. We strictly follow guidance from the US Fish and Wildlife Service and Fisheries and Oceans Canada so that our fishing areas remain bountiful for generations to come. We are committed to fishing at sustainable levels so that our communities can continue to benefit from the Pacific Northwest’s natural gifts.
Quality-conscious harvesting
Our fishers and coastal communities are experts in what they do. We choose to work with them because they are experts in all methods of catching fish – trolling, seining, etc. All fish caught is either frozen / placed on ice immediately, or brought to our facilities for same-day preservation and processing.
Wild-caught commitment
We are a wild-caught fish company only. No added preservatives, GMOs or questionable farmed fish practices. Our commitment means better tasting fish, healthier environmental practices and respect for the environment – the way it was meant to be.
Processing
Our fish processing is both an art and a science. Each piece of fish is individually checked for quality and freshness. All frozen fish is single-frozen only, and packaged same day as catch.
Distribution
Our logistics team has perfected our distribution process – land, sea and air. Our investments in packaging ensure that your products arrive safely.
