We carry the highest quality of lox on the market. Unlike some of the lox you buy from the grocery store or deli, our cold-smoked salmon is cured in our signature brine, using the fattiest parts of wild Pacific salmon. Our deep red color is all natural – no coloring added.
Each package has delicate layers of thinly sliced smoked salmon – goes amazing when piled on top of whipped cream cheese on a fresh bagel.
Our smoking process uses practices from our Indigenous and Native partners. Each filet of salmon is air-dried during the curing process. During this time, each filet is inspected, and any imperfections are removed by hand. Then, each is hand salted with rock salt and packed into kilns to develop the amazing, smoky flavor.
