Canary rockfish are named of its orange-yellow appearance. It also has light gray undertone with three orange stripes across their heads. Its flesh is translucent pink and turns white when cooked. These fish are a schooling fish,they stay together in a coordinated manner. They are common in Pacific Northwest coast.
